Does exactly what it says on the tin, mixers well taste great, I feel mentally better with more energy then any other supplement I have taken in the past.

Disolves easily, tastes nice. Could be cheaper though, can half scoop to save money and be same effiency (6g vs 3g)

Dy supplements are one of the best I’ve used. I’ve taken his pre workout and his creatine now. Yes he used to be a bodybuilding legend, but I’ve seen his video on his creatine which may I say has the best ingredients ever blended into the product. I've never tried creatine before, despite training for 45 years. Price was good. delivery was prompt. I took it half hour before training and could definitely notice an increase in energy levels. I'll keep on using it. Should have tried it years ago.
