Lyophilized Royal Jelly DY Life, 30 Softgels, 30 Servings

DESCRIPTION

DY Life Lyophilized Royal Jelly is a softgel supplement containing freeze-dried royal jelly, a highly complex natural substance produced by worker bees (*Apis mellifera*). Royal jelly is valued for its rich nutritional profile, naturally containing bioactive proteins, amino acids, unique lipids, and compounds such as 10-HDA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid). Traditionally used to support vitality and overall wellness, royal jelly has been extensively studied for its potential benefits on metabolism, immune health, and physiological balance.

Royal jelly is primarily associated with supporting energy levels and metabolic function. Its bioactive compounds may influence cellular processes involved in energy production and the body’s adaptation to physical and mental stress, making it particularly beneficial during periods of fatigue, high workload, or sustained effort.

Royal jelly has also been studied for its supportive effects on the immune system. Its naturally occurring proteins and fatty acids may help modulate immune response while contributing to the body’s defense against external stressors through antioxidant and anti-inflammatory mechanisms.

One of royal jelly’s signature compounds, 10-HDA, is associated with multiple biological activities, including antimicrobial effects, cellular regeneration support, and protection against oxidative stress.

Royal jelly is also linked to hormonal balance support, particularly in the context of women’s health. This effect is associated with the presence of bioactive compounds such as 10-HDA, alongside specific proteins (MRJPs) and unique fatty acids that may interact with estrogen receptors and influence hormonal signaling at the cellular level.

In addition, royal jelly has been investigated for its potential benefits on cardiovascular health and lipid metabolism. Research suggests it may help support healthy cholesterol levels, lipid balance, and oxidative stress management — factors closely linked to long-term vascular health. (1)

Through the freeze-drying process, the formula is designed to preserve the natural quality, purity, and structural integrity of royal jelly, helping maintain the activity of its sensitive bioactive compounds.

KEY BENEFITS

Energy Levels, Metabolism & Vitality

Royal jelly's B vitamin content - B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6 - supports the metabolic pathways that convert nutrients from food into cellular energy (ATP). Alongside its amino acid profile and unique bioactive compounds, royal jelly has traditionally been used to support vitality and resilience during periods of fatigue, high workload or sustained physical and mental demand. This makes DY Life Royal Jelly a particularly practical supplement during demanding life phases - intense work periods, physical training, convalescence or seasonal energy dips.

Immune System Support

The bioactive compounds naturally present in royal jelly - particularly MRJPs, 10-HDA and related fatty acids - are associated with supporting the body's natural immune defence mechanisms. Research suggests these compounds may help modulate immune response and contribute to the body's defence against external stressors through antioxidant and anti-inflammatory mechanisms.

Hormonal Balance & Women's Health

Royal jelly has been studied for its potential effects on hormonal balance, particularly in the context of women's health. Bioactive compounds including 10-HDA and specific MRJPs have been shown to interact with oestrogen receptors and influence hormonal signalling at the cellular level - suggesting a potential role in supporting hormonal balance during periods of hormonal fluctuation such as the menstrual cycle, perimenopause and post-menopause. This makes royal jelly a notable natural supplement within the women's health category alongside GLA-containing oils such as borage oil and evening primrose oil.

Cognitive Function & Nervous System Health

B vitamins - particularly B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6 - contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and support cognitive processes including memory, concentration and mental performance. Royal jelly also naturally contains acetylcholine - a key neurotransmitter involved in memory and learning - and its amino acid profile contributes to neurotransmitter synthesis more broadly. Together, these components support cognitive function and mental clarity, particularly during periods of high mental demand or sustained fatigue.

Skin Health & Cellular Regeneration

Royal jelly's bioactive compounds - including 10-HDA and MRJPs - are associated with supporting cellular regeneration processes. 10-HDA specifically has been studied for its effects on skin cell renewal and collagen-related activity, contributing to skin hydration, elasticity and a healthy-looking complexion. Its antioxidant properties further protect skin cells from free radical damage - supporting long-term skin vitality from within.

Cardiovascular Health & Lipid Metabolism

Research suggests royal jelly may help support healthy cholesterol levels, lipid balance and oxidative stress management - factors closely linked to long-term vascular health. [1] Its bioactive fatty acids and antioxidant compounds contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative modification, supporting broader cardiovascular function.

Antioxidant & Anti-Inflammatory Activity

10-HDA and the broader bioactive compound profile of royal jelly contribute to antioxidant defence - helping neutralise free radicals and reduce oxidative stress at the cellular level. Royal jelly's compounds also possess anti-inflammatory properties, supporting the body's regulation of inflammatory processes and contributing to overall physiological balance.
