It's good to see the old ways all you need in one pack like the old days . Got every vitamin and minerals you need for training and you get a month supply. It's pretty good for the money saves taking bottles and bottles of tablets and cheaper too.

Anyone who is struggling to get the mojo whilst at the gym, honestly give DY Blood & Guts a try! for me, its the best pre workout, I’ve used & l've tried them all over the last 30 years, l've used this for the last 8 months and its helped me with

Excellent pre workout.
Especially after a days work, when you're tired and don't really feel like doing anything else but just sinking in your sofa and watching TV. This stuff will wake you up and give you that very much needed kick required for a good gym session. It's also very reasonably priced.
Taste isn't something I'm worried about as you only need 250ml of water (few gulps) this is not to say it tastes bad, it kind of reminds me of green tea taste. Over all great product.
