Excellent for after heavy work out tastes great mixes well 👌 I even tried mixing it in with shadowhey strawberry and banana isolate. Worked for me was so nice chucked some ice cubes in it as well 😋

I’m nearly 69, first went to a gym 50 years ago, I have always talked about old school training, I have had many conversations with personal trainers who don’t believe in forced reps etc, I’m not a personal trainer but a young girl asked me to help her 6 months ago and she has the best improvement in my gym. This product is perfect

Over the years I have tried numerous brand's of BCAA'S and I can honestly say these are the best I have ever used.
From the very first workout I felt a kick and a pump like I've never felt before, I could not recommend them enough.
It will be interesting to see what shape I will be in after 30 days of taking them but after the first day they are amazing.
It's the first time I've used Dorians range and I shall be adding to the Bcaa's without doubt.
