First time I’ve tried creatine , I’ve read bits but never been convinced. I used to follow DY when I was younger in my 20,s I’m 52 now and been training again past 4 years so followed DY again for advice. So I bought my first tub few weeks ago and it’s helped hugely! On my 2nd tub, my energy, the pump this gives me and recovery is better than I ever expected and I feel in my 20,s again ! I would definitely recommend this product especially for men similar age to me who are looking for that extra boost & help.

I’ve been training for nigh on 25 years. I’ve tried the top supplement brands as I would assume many others also have.

I've never used it before ,so I can't say anything bad about it ,as for any results I'll have to wait till I've used a container of it ,easy to mix either with water or add it to your protein drink
